LED Driving Bulbs Not NCT/DOE passable as they are LED Bulbs and are being fitted in halogen head light that has been designed for halogen light output. However we have had 100+ Customer’s confirming that they have passed with LED Driving bulbs fitted and so is customer’s decision if they want to test with LED’s in place or replace with halogen for test.
Unfortunately no book/listing is available to definitively tell us what car LED Driving Bulbs WILL & WILL NOT fit but cars that we Now know of that can be problematic are:
– Audi A4 B7 (warning light on dash)
– Seat Exeo (warning light on dash)
– BMW F10 (no suitable clip available yet for dips/heads)
– Opel Vivaro/Renault Traffic/Nissan Primastar
– Opel Astra H/J Generally Requires LED Cancellors
– VW Passat 05-11 Generally Requires LED Cancellors
– Ford Focus Mk3 11+ Generally Required LED Cancellors
Customer’s can buy for these cars at their own discretion/risk as have been noted as problematic cars in terms of LED compatability.
